The short version
Your cycle stays on your phone. If you sign in, it's also backed up so it can follow you to a new phone. We never sell it, never use it for ads and never track you across other apps. You can delete all of it from inside the app.
What we keep
- What you log: period dates and flow, symptoms, mood, notes, and anything else you choose to record (such as sex, discharge, tests, temperature, weight, PCOS notes and medications).
- If you sign in: your email address and an account id.
- If you link a partner: the one-time invite code and the link between your two accounts.
- If you allow notifications: a device token, your app role, language and time zone, so reminders reach the right phone.
No analytics or advertising tools are built into Seventh.
Where it lives
Everything is stored on your phone, protected by iOS while your phone is locked. If you sign in, a copy is sent over an encrypted connection to our database, hosted by Supabase. Each account can only read its own rows.
What your partner sees
Only your current phase and when your next period is likely. Never your logs, symptoms, notes or anything else. They can't change anything. You can stop sharing at any time in Settings; their app stops getting your updates straight away.
Why we use it
Only to run Seventh for you: predictions, reminders, backup, and the partner heads-up you turn on. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Deleting your data
- Erase this phone: Settings → Technical → Erase removes everything on the phone.
- Delete your account: Settings → Technical → Delete account and data permanently removes your account, your backup and any partner link from our servers, then clears the phone.
You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw consent, at any time. This includes your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR. Write to mittxldesigns@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local authority.
Age
Seventh is not meant for anyone under 13. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent's or guardian's consent.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app before the change matters.
